Located on-site in Butte, Montana, this pivotal role will spearhead the conceptualization, structural analysis, and full-scope engineering of next-generation hardware and processing equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect complete product frameworks and specialized mechanical components from early concept through final production.

  • Drive multi-disciplinary engineering workflows that combine mechanical, electrical, and control system architecture.

  • Synthesize detailed modeling assets and perform complex performance simulations to validate operational integrity.

  • Champion cross-functional hardware integration efforts to ensure flawless interaction between mechanical assemblies and electrical systems.

  • Maximize system efficiency and reliability across proprietary technology platforms supporting a global client base.

What You Bring

  • United States Citizenship required (100% on-site role).

  • Bachelor Of Science or Master Of Science in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline (ABET Accredited preferred).

  • 8+ years of dedicated professional experience within Electromechanical Design.

  • Mastery in SolidWorks or similar high-level parametric design tools.

  • Practical expertise in Computer-Aided Design, Computer-Aided Engineering, and Finite Element Analysis.

  • Deep technical foundation in Systems Integration, mechanical-electrical co-design, and multi-physics troubleshooting.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

  • Variable Compensation: 5% annual bonus potential plus company profit-sharing eligibility.

  • Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation assistance provided for out-of-area talent.

  • Location & Work Environment: Full-time, 100% on-site position in Southwest Montana (Butte), offering world-class lifestyle access to regional outdoor landmarks including Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park.
