Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4 / Training Developer (Contact Center Platforms)
Location: Charlotte, NC / Des Moines, IA - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 12 months (potential extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $60- $65

Top Requirements:Experience developing training for contact center environments (agent & supervisor)Strong instructional design skills with job aid and simulation development experienceAbility to simplify complex systems into clear, actionable training contentPlusses:Experience with Epiplex or similar tools (simulations, guided workflows)Experience with CCaaS/CIW platformsExperience supporting large-scale technology rolloutsExperience with multimodal training developmentFinancial services experience (Wells Fargo experience a plus)Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Design and develop training content for contact center agent and supervisor populations
- Build Epiplex simulations and guided workflows for CCaaS platforms
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, and structured training modules
- Translate complex call center systems and processes into user-friendly materials
- Conduct training needs analysis and support curriculum planning for large-scale rollouts
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate and refine training content
- Support updates to training materials based on platform changes and enhancements
- Develop scenario-based learning to reinforce real-world workflows
- Ensure alignment between training materials and operational processes
- Work independently to meet aggressive timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to improving training strategies for enterprise-wide platform adoption
