Job Title: Google Ads Media Buyer / SEM Manager

We are partnering with a high-growth, performance-driven organization in the automotive protection sector generating $5 million in monthly revenue. Paid acquisition is their ultimate growth engine, and they are expanding so rapidly that lead flow is currently their primary bottleneck. This is an elite, high-impact environment focused heavily on profitable unit economics, data accuracy, and aggressively scaling high-CAC lead generation campaigns.
As the Google Ads Media Buyer / SEM Manager, you will step into a newly elevated position to inject top-tier acquisition expertise into the business. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will take absolute hands-on ownership of massive Google Ads campaigns spanning Search, PMax, YouTube, and Display. You will spend your days scaling budgets, optimizing lead quality, and mastering complex attribution models, working in lockstep with call-center operations to ensure maximum funnel efficiency and explosive, profitable growth.
Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of actively managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
- Deep expertise in direct-response lead generation (strictly a non-ecommerce role)
- Advanced technical proficiency in Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Demonstrated success working with call tracking systems, complex attribution environments, and offline conversion imports
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience in high-CAC verticals including automotive, insurance, legal, solar, Medicare, or financial services
- Experience auditing, troubleshooting, and perfecting conversion tracking accuracy and attribution data

- 70% Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display, Remarketing)
- 30% Tracking & Analytics (GA4, GTM, Offline Conversions, Call Tracking)

The Offer - Competitive Base Salary up to $120,000+
