Your new role They're currently hiring a Superintendent to support commercial projects in the DMV region. You'll support field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety across diverse project types, including fit-outs, renovations, historical restorations, and high-tech data centers. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to leadership and a clear path for advancement.
What you'll need to succeed - 5-10+ years as a Superintendent with a commercial GC
- Proven strong tenure in previous roles
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to complete it in the first week-company-paid)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field from a reputable institution is a major plus
- Long-term mindset: looking to grow within a company that invests in its people
- Ability to commute across the DMV region
