Description:

Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems. Manage infrastructure and processes related to these systems. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution. Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.

Required Skills:

Experience with VMWare, provisioning and maintaining Virtual Machines. Windows administration experience.

Desired Skills:

Some knowledge of Linux system administration.

YOE / Degree Requirements:

Five (5) years' experience as a system administrator, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional system administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to three (3) years of relevant experience.
