About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead with strong Angular and Java expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise applications. This role requires deep hands‑on development experience, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to work across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end development of full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Drive application architecture, scalable solution design, and technical decision‑making across projects
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and translate business needs into actionable technical plans
- Oversee full SDLC including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support
- Guide teams in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable UI components
- Ensure delivery excellence through code reviews, engineering best practices, and quality standard
- Mentor and coach engineering teams; provide technical leadership to 10–30 member groups depending on project scale
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and cloud‑native transformation programs
Required Skills & Experience
- 13+ years of hands‑on experience in Java Full Stack development (Java, Spring Boot, Angular
- Strong expertise in application architecture, scalable solution design, and distributed system
- Proven experience leading large‑scale technical delivery with direct client interaction
- Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
- Advanced experience with Angular (8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, agile environments and manage multiple workstreams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, or event‑driven architectures
- Exposure to performance tuning and distributed systems
- Prior experience working with global teams or enterprise‑scale applications
- PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications (good to have)
