Product Owner_ Remote

8 month contract, will more than likely extend another year

Required Qualifications

Hands-on Product Owner / backlog owner experience in a Scrum or SAFe environment.
Experience with internal-tools or operational products workflow design, automation, event handling, and the role of data quality in operational trust.
Strong technical aptitude and extreme attention to detail, particularly around operational correctness and the failure modes that erode trust in a platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to leadership.
Cross-functional stakeholder management experience, with a track record of partnering with operations or other internal-user communities.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, make trade-off decisions, and communicate rationale clearly.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience owning products for 24/7 operational user communities.
Experience with event, alarm, or incident management platforms including alarm rationalization, event routing, and escalation workflows.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure: power, environmental, critical systems, and commissioning workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, or similar ITSM platforms as integration partners
