Description

Paid Media Specialist with 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns needed for a full-time, hybrid (3/2) position with our client in Greater Boston. Must be "hands on keys" and be proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, GA4, and tag management systems. Must have experience managing hundreds of ads at one time. Salary is 80-115K.

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, audience engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative, with experience managing campaigns end-to-end and using performance data to continuously improve results. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creative, and budget allocation to maximize results
  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure paid media efforts are fully integrated into broader marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with demand generation and subject matter experts to develop high-performing digital content
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and evolving customer behavior
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion tracking to support continuous optimization


Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Shopping, Bing, Baidu, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GA4, and tag management systems
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
