Role: Solution Architect

Job Duties:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and AI solution architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with AI solution architects to design the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible to implement.
• Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the delivered solution meets acceptance criteria.
• Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Engagement Management: Support engagement leaders and project managers in managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating resources effectively, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Minimum Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
• 5+ years’ experience with MSFT Copilot Studio and familiarity with Fabric and Dynamics
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate their business applications.
