Tittle – Odessa (LeaseWave) Application Support
Location – Plano , Texas 75024. 100% onsite
Role Descriptions: Configure and support Odessa (LeaseWave) modules including Origination| Contracts| Billing| Assets| Accounting| and End-of-Term. Act as the technical SPOC for platform setup| enhancements| integrations| upgrades| and production support. Troubleshoot complex functionaltechnical issues related to lease lifecycle processing| billing anomalies| and accounting postings. Support data migration| interface integrations (GL| CRM| DMS| payment systems)| and batch processing jobs. Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to translate requirements into Odessa configurations and extensions. Ensure platform stability| regulatory compliance| and adherence to client-specific business rules.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHands-on experience with the Odessa platform (leasing| lending| or loan servicing modules).Domain experience in auto finance| commercial finance| or captive finance understanding of loanlease lifecycle| funding| billing| and collections.Experience working in an onshoreoffshore delivery model with distributed teams across time zones.Ability to interpret and write SQL queries for data investigation and validation.Understanding of RESTSOAP API concepts for troubleshooting integration issues.Familiarity with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow| Jira| or similar).Strong client-facing communication skills able to translate business issues into technical actions.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced AMS environment.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFamiliarity with relational databases (SQL Server| Oracle) understanding of schema design| stored procedures| and query optimization in the Odessa data model.Experience with API integrations REST| SOAP| JSONXML-based data exchange| including use of tools like Postman for debugging.Preferred Exposure to Odessa Studio or Odessa Designer for workflow and business rule configuration.Understanding of captive finance business processes OEM dealer programs| subsidy rates| floorplan| or commercial lease structures.Basic scripting skills (PowerShell| Python| or similar) for automation of routine support tasks.Education Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science or other related fieldYears of Experience 5 yearsEducation Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science or other related fieldYears of Experience 5 yearsTechnical Reviewer(s)

- Understanding of REST/SOAP API concepts for troubleshooting integration issues.
- Familiarity with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Strong client-facing communication skills; able to translate business issues into technical actions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced AMS environment.

- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) — understanding of schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization in the Odessa data model.

- Preferred Exposure to Odessa Studio or Odessa Designer for workflow and business rule configuration.
