Summary:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support the delivery of an enterprise-level affordability dashboard that provides actionable insights and drives data-informed decision-making. The role focuses on guiding Agile teams, supporting product development, enabling continuous improvement, and ensuring successful planning, delivery, and collaboration across the organization.
Required Skills:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile team environment
Certification in one of the following: CSM, PSM, SAFe, or LeSS
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience supporting backlog creation, refinement, and acceptance criteria
Ability to conduct journey-mapping sessions and establish Definition of Ready / Definition of Done
Skilled in identifying impediments, tracking risks, and supporting team delivery
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to use data to illustrate progress and drive decisions
Experience with Jira, Mural, or similar Agile planning tools
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
High school diploma and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3+ years of direct Agile team or Scrum Master experience
Experience creating business cases, requirement summaries, or similar documentation
Background in enterprise-level projects, migrations, or system upgrades
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
