Are you an experienced Construction Manager ready to lead high-impact infrastructure projects? We are looking for a strategic, detail-driven professional to coordinate complex construction initiatives, drive execution, and ensure project success from planning through delivery.

This is a 100% onsite role where you?ll play a key role managing technical teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

? What You?ll Do

• Lead and coordinate construction and engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Develop detailed project plans and oversee execution of technical activities

• Present proposals, reports, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership

• Analyze resource needs, technology requirements, and project feasibility

• Collaborate cross-functionally with management, production, and other teams

• Review contracts, cost estimates, and project deliverables for accuracy and compliance

• Support team performance by assigning tasks, guiding execution, and ensuring accountability

? What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, engineering, or related fields

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

• Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and production processes

• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

• Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or related field

• PMP or PMI certification (preferred)

• ? Location: Clarksville, VA (100% onsite)

• ? Schedule: 40 hrs/week + ~10 hrs OT

• ? Duration: 03/19/2026 ? 03/18/2027

• ?? Equipment: Laptop, monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, full PPE provided

• ?? Software: Bluebeam required
