Northern Trust Company seeks a Sr. Lead, SW Full Stack Eng to conduct full stack development and implement end-to-end components of custom in-house applications. Design and develop UI, services for business logic, and data and integration layers. Create, query, and manipulate databases, APIs and integration, front-end code, and web stack back-end technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop high-quality software design and architecture. Write unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks. Collect and interpret statistical data and develop actionable insights for the product team. Design, develop, and administer data management.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with coding and debugging software applications; 5 years of experience with web front-end/back-end development in different programming languages and unit testing; 5 years of experience with Cloud Technologies Snowflake/Azure, Data warehousing, Oracle Database, ETL, and BI tools; 5 years of experience with Java, Azure DevOps CI/CD, HTML, JIRA, JSON, REST Services, Unix scripting, and Control-M scheduling; and 5 years of experience working with Kafka, MQ or similar event-driven tools and CDC technologies for real-time data synchronization. Part time telecommuting may be permitted.

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
