This is a fully site?based role. Working together in person supports close, real?time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

  • Facilitate high-impact communication across multicultural internal and external stakeholders, including leading project steering committee meetings and brief senior leadership.

  • Proactively manage project risks, navigate unforeseen deployment delays under pressure, realign schedules, and resolve conflicts across technical boundaries.

  • Foster professional growth and technical execution on-site by standardizing project documentation, managing vendor resources, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Senior level with at least 10 years of IT Project Management experience specifically focused on IT/OT Infrastructure, ideally within the Pharma or a heavily validated production industry.

  • Compliance & Frameworks: Certified PMP or Prince2 professional with an in-depth understanding of industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA) throughout complex project lifecycles.

  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, an Engineering field, or equivalent transferable technical credentials.
