Summary

Job title: HCM Training Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Seeking an experienced HCM Training Specialist with 3+ years of HR-related experience and 2+ years of training delivery experience. Candidates should have experience delivering training through multiple methods, including virtual, online, and instructor-led sessions. Experience with Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization, or other HRIS systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering HR systems training, supporting talent acquisition and performance management programs, maintaining LMS activities, creating training materials, analyzing HR data/reports, and supporting end users. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills required.

Required Skills:

2+ years of training delivery experience
Experience with virtual/in-person training methods
HR systems or HRIS training experience
Workday HCM module experience preferred
LMS administration/support experience
MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
