Title: IT Support Technician II

Location: Englewood, CO (Onsite)
Duration: 7 Months (Temp to Hire)
Hours: 40 hours/week | 8 hours/day
Max Pay Rate: $33/hr

About the Role

The IT Support Technician II will provide onsite desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform setup, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and break/fix for computers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
Execute moves/adds/changes and assist with integration of new and existing technologies.
Provide basic network support to ensure connectivity for desktops and networked devices.
Perform preventative maintenance on IT hardware and audio-visual conferencing systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on end-user satisfaction.
Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests; escalate to upper-tier IT teams as needed.
Track, update, prioritize, and close tickets using the IT Service Desk ticketing system.
Support IT department policies, procedures, and documentation efforts.
Assist in creating and maintaining site-specific IT systems documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service mindset with a drive for quality results.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to understand business/user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Basic knowledge of:

Computer hardware
Printers & peripherals
Networking fundamentals
Drivers & OS-level troubleshooting
Software installation & support

Strong troubleshooting skills across common hardware/software environments.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and share knowledge.

Education & Experience

Associate's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Higher education may substitute for experience where applicable.

Additional Details

Must be onsite in Englewood, CO - no remote option.
