Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and conducting user research sessions (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
  • Proficiency with Figma, Figjam, and other prototyping/design tools
  • Analytical skills with tools like Maze, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Design eye and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing
  • Develop user journey maps, personas, process flows, and prototypes (low and high fidelity) in Figma
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to realize project vision
  • Lead or participate in design thinking workshops
  • Create and implement interactive guides and microcopy to improve user onboarding and engagement
  • Analyze data from user testing and analytics tools to recommend design enhancements
  • Document research findings, create strategy briefs, and communicate insights clearly
  • Present research and design solutions to cross-functional teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Support continual process improvements aligning with ISO standards
