SAP Application Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Mid-Level SAP Application Consultant with 5+ years of experience for a 12+ month contract. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO supply planning within complex, customized environments.

Summary:
The consultant will support an S/4HANA transformation, focusing on APO supply chain processes and migration from ECC to S/4HANA. This includes working across SAP IBP, APO, ERP, and integrated systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in performance, stability, and documentation.

Core Responsibilities:
* Support transition of SAP supply chain planning applications (ERP, IBP, APO)
* Gather requirements and validate gaps across APO, PPDS/MPS, and GATP/AATP
* Validate data models, configurations, and S/4HANA readiness
* Partner with technical teams to define and validate functional specs
* Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
* Promote SAP best practices and clean core principles
* Assist with data migration and production planning processes
* Provide functional guidance to business stakeholders
* Develop documentation, process flows, and training materials
* Support cutover and post-go-live stabilization

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* Strong SAP APO experience (PPDS/ePPDS, heuristics, PDS, GATP, MPS)
* Experience with SAP IBP and S/4HANA implementations
* Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
* Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations
* Ability to analyze APO verses S/4 planning logic
* Familiarity with master and transactional data in APO
* Strong ownership and accountability
* Collaborative and adaptable mindset
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
