Project:

Client is seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to support the transformation of its legacy Case Management System (CMS), currently built on CA Plex, into a modern, scalable, and maintainable .NET (C#) architecture.

Top Skills:

3+ years of experience with Application Development
3+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
3+ years of experience with maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
3+ years of experience with debugging

Preferred Skills:

CA Plex
Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex)
Batch processing and transactional systems
API integrations
Data warehousing environments
Case lifecycle (filed, pending, disposed)
Court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates)
