Summary

Software Licensing and Billing Analyst

Work hours: 35 hrs per week
Hybrid in Providence, RI

Short Description: This position will track software licensing as well as allocate the billings to the
appropriate account/agency. This will also include cloud billing and assistance in internal service fund
billing.

Experienced Software Licensing & Billing Analyst required.
The selected candidate will be working closely with the finance team and reporting directly to the IT
CFO.
Successful candidates will possess:
* Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to plan and prioritize multiple
workstreams/tasks.
* Experience administering IT contracts or software licenses.
* Experience with ERP systems (Workday is a plus)
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in financial analysis
* Excellent communication skills as well as strong analytic skills
* Strong attention to data integrity and audit readiness.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Power BI experience preferred
* Experience in IT is a plus
