In this position you will join a dedicated team of experienced and highly engaged professionals located across Sweden and the United States. The team is part of a global Industrial Digital Delivery organization that supports manufacturing sites within a Global Production network.


Together, they deliver edge business solutions and connectivity that link shop-floor machines and robots with enterprise manufacturing systems, enabling automated work centers across our global factories.


This team is a high-performing, cross-functional (T-shaped) product team supporting more than a dozen global sites. They operate with a culture of trust, self-leadership, and generous knowledge sharing, maintaining a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

qualifications:

Requirements:


- Backend Development: Advanced experience developing backend services with .NET 8/9.


- Frontend Technologies: Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.


- DevOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge and experience regarding container-based hosting with Docker or Kubernetes.


- Architecture & Integration: Solid understanding of API design principles, integration patterns, and production-ready quality practices. Knowledge of MQTT or Kafka is a significant plus.


- Mindset: A self-leading and growth-oriented attitude with a passion for end-users, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.


- Global Collaboration: Ability to navigate multicultural, distributed environments and actively engage diverse stakeholders.


- Leadership: Confidence to lead customer-facing workstreams, identify needs, provide expertise, and ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines and stakeholder expectations.


- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.


Nice to Have


- Cloud & Automation: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.


- Industrial Tech: Experience with shop-floor integrations or Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.
