General: Certified in Microsoft servers/Windows desktops/apps beyond basic level.
Experience: 3+ years system ops in campus environments; SCCM/Intune/AD hands-on.

Monthly patch deployment (servers/workstations).
Application packaging/deployments.
App usage review for license optimization.
System health reporting/proactive fixes.
Device/app/endpoint security management.
Endpoint Security:
Microsoft Defender/CarbonBlack management.
Remediate/mitigate vulnerabilities.
Microsoft O365 Services:
App/Exchange/Teams/User/Identity management.
Service health monitoring.
Support request handling.
AD/Exchange Accounts:
Add/modify/delete Users, Groups, OUs.
Manage Distribution/Security Groups.
Exchange Resources/Contacts.
Operational Monitoring:
SolarWinds, ManageEngine, VMWare vSphere, Veeam, O365 health checks.
Ticket creation/service calls.
Terminal Walkthroughs (2x daily):
Validate FIDs/BIDs/GIDs/displays, video walls, biometrics, CBP WaitWell, kiosks.
Create tickets for issues.
Backup Infrastructure:
Verify physical/virtual server backups/retention.
Monthly restore tests (on/offsite).
Additional Duties:
PowerShell task automation.
Keybox rights/fob assignments.
Daily GPS vehicle portal health checks/add/remove
