IT Epic Willow Analyst and Developer

Client is currently hiring an IT Epic Willow Analyst and Developer. This is a temporary backfill position on the Client Epic Willow team. The team consists of a balanced mix of support resources, including two non-Epic system support staff, approximately three Epic Willow Ambulatory team members (including partial FTE support), and five Epic Inpatient support staff. Additionally, the team currently includes a temporary Epic Willow Specialty Pharmacy Boost resource dedicated to supporting the implementation of Epic Specialty Pharmacy.
The entire team works on break/fix support tickets, general maintenance and support tickets, enhancement requests, and project work. This backfill position will primarily focus on building the Willow pieces of Epic Inpatient orders but will also include some break/fix work and other Willow Inpatient focused tickets. This position will not include any off-hour (evening or weekend) on call work but may help triage day-call tickets as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification and experience in Epic Willow Inpatient Preferred Qualifications: Experience and/or certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory
Responsibilities:
This position will work primarily on Inpatient orders build but could include working on break/fix tickets or build outside of orders.
