We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst to join our Healthcare IT team. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for inpatient pharmacy application workflows and configurations, supporting the delivery of high-quality Epic EHR solutions in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will collaborate closely with hospital stakeholders, clinical staff, and offshore teams to optimize pharmacy configurations and support daily EHR operations.

responsibilities:
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Inpatient application configurations, workflows, and medication order sets.
- Build and maintain inpatient pharmacy configurations, including formulary setups, dose checking rules, NDC billing builds, and pharmacy charge maps.
- Manage and prioritize daily support operations, troubleshooting pharmacy automation interfaces, dispensing cabinets, label/printer issues, and error queues under strict SLAs.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across clinical teams (pharmacists, nurses, physicians) and manage daily delegation and performance monitoring with offshore support groups.
qualifications:
Active and current Epic Willow Inpatient certification (must be maintained throughout employment).
4+ years of experience in Epic application management, support operations, and inpatient pharmacy configuration build.
Deep understanding of hospital pharmacy clinical operations, patient safety workflows, and regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Epic certifications such as Ambulatory, Home Infusion, or Bugsy modules.
Prior experience working within a large health system or a healthcare IT consulting environment.
Proven track record coordinating tasks and deliverables with offshore support models.
