Role: SAP MTO OTC Consultant
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Travel required to client location (Travel is reimbursed)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC MTO Consultant to support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP SD, MTO and MTO solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP OTC processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Invoicing
Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements
Perform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTC transactions
Integrate SAP SD with FI, MM, and third-party systems
Support enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide user training and post-go-live support
Design and configure SAP Make-to-Order processes
Integrate Sales (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Materials Management (MM)
Support sales order driven production planning and scheduling
Configure BOMs, routings, and demand management for MTO scenarios
Conduct testing, documentation, and end-user training
Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP best-practice solutions
Support system enhancements and production issues
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience
Experience in discrete or complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Manufacturing environments.
