Job Overview: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project goals and objectives.
Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar is a plus.

Pay Range: $50 - $52 on W2
