Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with strong expertise in SAP landscapes, system performance, and SAP HANA database administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, SLT replication, and system monitoring in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP landscape ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system refreshes
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP systems and SAP HANA databases
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system maintenance and enhancements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP systems and processes
• Analyze logs, dumps, and system alerts to resolve issues proactively
• Drive continuous improvements in system performance and scalability

SAP SLT & HANA Responsibilities

• Design and manage SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) replication scenarios (1:1 and 1:N)
• Implement real-time data replication from SAP ECC/S/4HANA to SAP HANA
• Configure SLT table replication and monitor performance
• Troubleshoot SLT replication failures and configure alert mechanisms
• Perform initial loads and real-time replication for large datasets
• Optimize SLT performance across network and system configurations
• Migrate SLT systems from Oracle-based landscapes to S/4HANA Data Hub

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience
• Strong experience with SAP Business Suite & S/4HANA
• Minimum 2+ years of SAP HANA database administration
• Experience in 3 4 full SAP implementations
• Expertise in system performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in high availability & disaster recovery
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP SLT replication and Data Hub
• SAP HANA security roles design
• Exposure to Oracle to HANA migrations
