Education Requirements
- 2-year Technical Degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience operating testing equipment preferred
- 0-2 years of quality, product development, manufacturing, or regulated industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Perform product testing to support quality and design verification requirements
- Execute testing procedures following documented work instructions
- Assist with design validation and verification activities
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records
- Support daily test lab operations, organization, and inventory management
- Assemble test equipment, fixtures, hardware, and software systems
- Track and maintain testing equipment and laboratory supplies
- Help identify, communicate, and resolve quality-related issues
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support product improvement initiatives
Physical Capabilities
- Frequent standing, walking, and hands-on work in a laboratory environment
- Ability to handle equipment, tools, and testing fixtures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
