Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of Contact Center technology experience.
4+ years of hands-on NICE CXone implementation experience.
Strong expertise in:

NICE CXone Studio
ACD Configuration
IVR Design & Development
Omnichannel Routing
Digital Engagement
Workforce Optimization (WFO)
Call Recording
Quality Management

Experience integrating CXone with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems.
Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP, VoIP, and contact center infrastructure.
Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

NICE CXone Technical Certification(s).
Experience implementing Medicaid, Healthcare, Government, or large-scale customer support contact centers.
Experience with Azure cloud services and API integration platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
