RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for an IT Training Lead in the Delray Beach, FL area.

Summary:
We are seeking an IT Training Lead to design, deliver, and continuously evolve enterprise-wide IT and digital productivity training programs. This role is responsible for driving adoption of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools, ensuring employees use technology securely, effectively, and in alignment with business objectives. The IT Training Lead will partner closely with IT, Security, HR, and business leaders to translate technology capabilities into measurable productivity outcomes.

Key Tasks:
* Design, develop, and deliver role-based IT training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats
* Own the Microsoft Copilot and AI training strategy, including onboarding, advanced use cases, responsible AI usage, and ongoing enablement
* Develop Copilot scenario-based training aligned to business functions (e.g., executive, operations, IT, finance, HR)
* Partner with IT leadership to support rollout of new technologies, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
* Create and maintain training materials such as guides, videos, quick-reference cards, and knowledge-base articles
* Measure training effectiveness through adoption metrics, usage analytics, assessments, and user feedback
* Establish and maintain IT training standards, curricula, and learning paths
* Collaborate with Information Security to ensure training reinforces cybersecurity, data protection, and acceptable-use policies
* Support change management efforts by preparing end users for new tools, workflows, and AI-driven processes
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on technology enablement and productivity improvement
* Maintain documentation and a centralized knowledge repository for IT and digital workplace tools

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Proven experience as an IT trainer, training coordinator, or similar role
* Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various IT domains
* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
* Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
* Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
