Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager with a strong understanding of software development, technology platforms, and project delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project execution. The candidate should possess practical knowledge or experience in at least one programming language, enabling effective communication with development teams, understanding technical challenges, and supporting technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT/software project management or technical program management.
• Experience managing software development and technology implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
