Detailed Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Broadcom TDM and Delphix. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise TDM solutions, automating test data provisioning, and ensuring secure, high-quality test data across the software testing lifecycle.
Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and manage enterprise Test Data Management solutions.
· Conduct TDM assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, strategies, and roadmaps.
· Perform data discovery, profiling, quality assessment, cleansing, masking, and synthetic data generation.
· Automate test data provisioning, deployment, reservation, delivery, and restoration.
· Integrate TDM solutions with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolchains.
· Design scalable and secure TDM architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.
· Implement data masking and obfuscation techniques to protect sensitive information.
· Define and monitor data coverage using KPIs and OKRs.
· Support large-scale data processing, ETL/ELT workflows, and containerized environments.
· Ensure data availability, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
