About the Role

Great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build real hands-on IT skills with PC hardware, imaging, and device troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, bootcamp, etc.)
• Interest in hardware support (PC builds, imaging, troubleshooting)
• Reliable, professional, good communication
• Must have dependable transportation to Coppell

What You'll Do

• Image and prepare Windows & Mac laptops
• Process and fulfill hardware orders from ServiceNow (high accuracy required)
• Pack and ship outgoing equipment
• Receive, inspect, and catalog returned assets
• Manage software licensing across multiple vendors
• Perform asset management tasks:
  • Buy-outs
  • Cleaning & repurposing
  • Light repairs (memory upgrades, part swaps)
• Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
