RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Oracle HCM Project Manager to support a critical initiative focused on HCM modules including Absence Management and Payroll. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones and deliverables remain on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM initiatives, specifically Absence Management and Payroll
* Maintain project momentum by coordinating across functional, technical, and business stakeholders
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met
* Facilitate project status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting
* Identify project risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
* Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented correctly
* Oversee testing coordination, issue resolution, and deployment readiness
* Ensure adherence to project governance and best practices for Oracle Cloud implementations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
* Hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, ideally within HCM
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Absence Management and Payroll
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep projects on schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
* Prior experience managing Oracle Cloud HCM transformations or upgrades
* Experience working in large enterprise environments
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
