Job Title: Senior Program Manager Remote (6-Month Contract, Possible Extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Range: $52-57/hr on W2
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will excel at planning, executing, and managing dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and budgets while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex programs spanning multiple IT and business departments.
- Develop and maintain program-level roadmaps, aligning multiple workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across interdependent initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings with diverse teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor program financials, recommend budget adjustments, and oversee resource allocation.
- Coordinate efforts across internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors, including platform migration initiatives.
- Deliver executive-level status updates through presentations and written communications.
Requirements:
- 7 10+ years of project and program management experience from initiation through execution and delivery.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with significant dependencies.
- Strong senior stakeholder and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience leading enterprise platform or tool migrations, including integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet for program planning, tracking, and reporting.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms such as Braze (ESP) and Amperity (CDP).
Interview Process: 2 rounds
- Initial 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and counterpart.
- Panel interview with the team.
