Ariba Functional Lead: Provide support to the team on Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket analysis and resolve related issues with the SAP Ariba module.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Support Analyst to support a State of California project. This role will focus on providing functional and technical support for the SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing module, with integration support involving SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support environments and be comfortable handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported incidents.
Support integration points between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC.
Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes or workarounds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads, technical teams, and business users.
Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment support as needed.
Document issues, resolutions, and processes in accordance with project standards.
Ensure timely ticket resolution while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
