Title: SAP Ariba Functional Lead
Location: Remote with Onsite in Sacramento, CA

Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Ariba Functional Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative for a confidential state agency. This role is critical in stabilizing and optimizing procurement operations by providing functional expertise in SAP Ariba and ensuring efficient issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Description

Provide functional support for SAP Ariba within a transformation program.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets.
Diagnose and resolve issues across Ariba modules, especially procurement workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
Manage and prioritize support tickets based on service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Experience with the SAP ecosystem and system integrations preferred
