Overview
HIRE Technology is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator / Administrative Analyst to support a fast-paced team environment. This role focuses on scheduling, coordination, reporting support, and administrative tasks that help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an environment where tasks and priorities may change frequently.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendars and meetings using Microsoft Outlook
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-up actions
Maintain and update Excel trackers, reports, and documentation
Assist with preparation of presentations and status materials
Provide administrative and coordination support across the team
Track tasks, updates, and action items to help ensure timely completion
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Support a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift daily
Required Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Administrative Analyst, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience managing calendars, meetings, and team coordination activities
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
Smartsheet experience is a plus
