WFM Kronos Consutlant - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

• Follow the software development life cycle and adhere to standard procedures.
• Support acquisition-related work for the Kronos iSeries system.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system and interface issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Assist with project and product releases.
• Participate in design and development assignments.
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and system architecture.
• Conduct research on new technologies and industry trends as needed.
• Deliver work in alignment with project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Provide innovative solutions for evolving business and technical requirements.

Pay Policies / Configuration:

• Interpret and translate complex pay policy requirements from Payroll Service Centers and Compensation teams.
• Configure and maintain UKG WFM and Kronos iSeries Timekeeper systems.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and release activities as assigned.
• Perform light application development when required.

Hardware / Time Clocks:

• Provide second-level support for UKG WFM and Kronos time clock hardware and software.
• Support end users across multiple locations.

Customer Support:

• Troubleshoot timekeeping system issues and identify configuration-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including configuration specialists, developers, payroll teams, and support services.
• Support major initiatives such as payroll consolidation and system deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in WFM/Kronos systems.
• Strong knowledge of UKG WFM and Kronos iSeries Timekeeper.
• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
