Job Description:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
  • The FrontEnd Architect will lead the design and development of scalable frontend solutions for digital platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, strong architectural capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performing, accessible, and reusable web components.
  • The candidate will also provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in frontend architecture and development.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead frontend architecture for AEM-based digital platforms.
  • Design scalable and reusable component libraries aligned with AEM content and authoring models.
  • Collaborate with AEM architects, UX designers, and backend developers to ensure cohesive and performant solutions.
  • Build and maintain frontend components using React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
  • Develop modular and reusable frontend components for AEM-based projects.
  • Work with AEM developers to integrate frontend code with AEM components.
  • Use Storybook to develop, document, and test UI components in isolation.
  • Manage and upgrade JavaScript and NPM dependencies while ensuring compatibility, security, and stability.
  • Ensure seamless integration of frontend code with AEM Sites and Templates.
  • Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
  • Guide teams on best practices for integrating with AEM authoring and publishing workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in frontend development practices and tools.
Skills:
  • Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
  • Experience with Storybook for UI component development and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with performance optimization for web applications.
  • Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for code versioning and deployment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Extensive experience in frontend development.
  • Strong experience working with AEM-based projects.
  • Experience integrating frontend code with AEM components, templates, and content models.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and frontend performance optimization.
Should Have:
  • Experience with Angular.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
