Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge business and engineering teams, define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver scalable technology solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, stakeholder management, and experience managing enterprise products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive products to identify new opportunities.
Define product KPIs and measure success using data-driven insights.
Work closely with architects and engineering teams on technical design decisions.
Support API integrations, cloud-based applications, and enterprise platforms.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product releases.
Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous product improvement through analytics and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
