Roles & Responsibilities
1. Incident resolution beyond L1:- Handles issues involves PLM workflows, CAD/ERP integrations, data management.
2. Technical trouble shooting:- Diagnosis issue involving issues related to operating systems, network configuration, server configuration middleware for Windchill application.
3. Root cause analysis:- Identify underline causes of incidents to prevent reoccurrence
4. System administration :- activities like license management, role and access management, installation and patching.
5. Functional support:- Resolves problems related to functionality, e.g. with BOM management, change management
6. Functional level user support and training.
7. Expert level debugging and issue fixing:- Defect fixing in PLM customizations, integrations and core module implementation
8. Customization and development:- Implement new features, scripts, workflows tailored to business needs.
9. Technical support to system upgrades and migrations.
