Job ID: 174763 Job Overview: The Workforce Analyst will play a critical role in supporting workforce initiatives during a period of transition and capacity constraints. This position requires strong expertise in Power BI as the primary skillset, along with hands-on experience in Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Workforce, HR, or Finance teams, as the majority of data domains fall within these areas. This role is essential for driving operational visibility and process automation across the organization.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Translate workforce, HR, and financial data into meaningful insights and visualizations.
- Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
- Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, budget alignment, and reporting processes.
- Improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and automation across operational processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable analytics.
- Proactively identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across reporting tools.
Qualifications: - Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, reporting).
- Solid experience with Power Automate (workflow automation, process optimization).
- Experience working with workforce, HR, or financial datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting Workforce, HR, or Finance functions.
- Experience with SharePoint (nice to have, but not primary focus).
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting environments and governance processes.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while key team members are out.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr on W2
