Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Architect to design, build, and govern integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, third-party payroll, benefits, ATS, and other HR/finance platforms). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SuccessFactors APIs, and middleware architecture, combined with a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architecture for SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning) with upstream/downstream systems.
• Lead development and configuration of integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Integration Center, and SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SFAPI).
• Define integration standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the HR technology landscape.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
• Manage point-to-point and middleware-based integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
• Oversee integration with third-party vendors (payroll providers, benefits administrators, background check vendors, etc.).
• Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy standards (GDPR, SOC2, etc.) are maintained across all integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Conduct performance tuning and monitoring of integration flows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and architecture diagrams.
• Mentor junior integration developers and provide technical leadership on integration projects.
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors release management, testing new features/APIs for integration impact.
