Position: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-facing Business Analyst to support a high-visibility project attached to a key client. In this role, you will act as a liaison, gathering and documenting client requirements, supporting technical specification and analysis, and ensuring implementation work directly aligns with both client needs and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Solutions Delivery:Gather, document, and validate client requirements for the project; translate business needs into clear specifications and analysis products; support the technical delivery team in aligning solutions with client requirements.
• Client Relationship Management:Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders; build trusted relationships and provide clear, proactive communication on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Risk & Issue Management:Proactively identify risks and issues across both workstreams early, escalate appropriately, and drive timely resolution in close coordination with the Program Manager and client stakeholders.
• Quality & Alignment:Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required deliverables against client specifications, maintaining accountability for the overall quality of business analysis outputs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing requirements engineering role, ideally supporting construction, infrastructure, or complex technical implementation projects.
• Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and translating complex client business needs into structured technical specifications and requirements.
• Strong client relationship management skills with experience acting as a direct point of contact for key client stakeholders and CORs.
• Demonstrated experience working across multi-disciplinary workstreams (e.g., software/solutions implementation and workforce training/enablement).
• Exceptional risk and issue management capabilities with a proactive approach to escalation and resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly bridge business requirements and technical execution.

• Experience working in an environment with ambiguous requirements.
