DescriptionSeeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer; however, this role will lean heavily toward customer service and end-user IT support.
This position requires strong organizational skills, communication, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of service while collaborating effectively across teams and business units. Need a four-year degree
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to internal business partners by answering technical questions via calls, email, and messaging
- Assist with IT asset management, including hardware inventory tracking and organization
- Review and process requests, including submitting security access requests and managing system logins
- Look up hardware warranty information and support equipment lifecycle management
- Help coordinate and support hardware deployments, including imaging, software installation, and migrations
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support end-user needs
All work will involve internal systems and data.
Training- Comprehensive training on internal systems and business processes will be provided
- Expected training ramp-up period is approximately 4 months
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Comfortable working with individuals at all levels and adapting to change
Preferred:- Internship or professional experience in IT support, customer service, or troubleshooting
- Call center or customer-facing support experience
Day-to-Day Work- Provide hands-on support for hardware rollout activities (imaging, installations, migrations)
- Respond to technical inquiries from internal users via multiple channels

Team Environment- Team of approximately 50 individuals supporting ~4,000 users nationwide
- Provides support via walk-ups, calls, email, and instant messaging
- Non-tiered support model with strong emphasis on collaboration rather than escalation
- Communication and teamwork are critical to success
Additional Details- Call volume varies daily (approximately 15-30+ interactions per day)
- Conversion salary: ~$71,000 if hired full-time
