Position Details

  • Position: Business Analyst
  • Location: Salem, OR – Primarily Remote with occasional onsite work
  • Contract Duration: September 7, 2026 – March 8, 2027
  • Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
  • Contract: Long-Term Contract

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Experience creating user stories, business rules, process diagrams, and functional requirements
  • Experience with current-state/future-state process mapping and SOP documentation
  • Strong UAT testing experience, including test case preparation and execution
  • Experience supporting enterprise modernization or large-scale initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and consensus-building skills
  • Experience working with relational or cloud-based data platforms
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements
  • Experience supporting implementation, training, and change management activities

Work Arrangement

The role is primarily remote, but occasional onsite work in Salem, OR may be required based on business needs. Candidates should be local, willing to commute, or willing to relocate.
