Role:Oracle EBS R12 Supply Planning Consultant
Key responsibilities:
Associate will be part of the Offshore team supporting Knowles IT in delivering. Experienced Oracle EBS R12 Supply Planning Consultant with deep hands on expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and MRP/MPS. End to end implementations from business process design and solution configuration to testing, cutover, and hypercare across multi org, global supply chains. Strong experience with Collections, Plan Options, Constraints based planning, Sourcing Rules/Assignment Sets, Global Order Promising (GOP) and integration with Inventory, BOM/WIP, Purchasing, Order Management.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Lead full lifecycle implementation of Oracle ASCP/MRP in R12 (VCP stack).
Conduct workshops for current state (AS IS) and future state (TO BE) across demand, supply, and production planning.
Configure:
Collections (Standard/Legacy), data hub, and instance setups
Plan Options (constrained/unconstrained; MPP/MPS/MRP/ASCP plans)
Sourcing Rules, Assignment Sets, Planning Parameters
Calendars, BOMs/Routings, resources, lead times, capacity, workday patterns
Demand classes, safety stock methods, pegging/exception rules
Design and validate planning scenarios for make to stock, make to order, CTO/ATO, and drop ship environments.
Experience required:
8 12+ years in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain with strong ASCP/MRP implementation experience.
Deep knowledge of: ASCP configuration (plans, constraints, calendars, sourcing, ATP/GOP)
MRP/MPS, Inventory, BOM & Routings, WIP/Discrete, Purchasing, Order Management
Data Collections (standard/legacy), MSC schema understanding, plan run/debug
Proven experience in multi org, multi site, global setups with timezone calendars and holidays.
Strong master data acumen (items, Discrete flags, UOMs, lead times, resources, effectivity).
Hands on performance tuning for collections and plan runs; exception management and pegging analysis.
Ability to write functional designs (MD50) and partner closely with technical teams on RICEW.
Nice to Have:
Additional remarks (if any): Exposure to Demand Management, Inventory Optimization (IO), GOP, ASCP Optimizer, or Constrained Plans.
Experience with S&OP, capacity planning, supplier collaboration, and allocation planning.
Industry background in manufacturing (automotive, pharma, CPG, hi tech, industrial).
Oracle certifications (EBS Supply Chain/ASCP) are a plus.
