About this Position:

Job Title: Health IT Strategy Lead

Primary Responsibilities (JD):

Act as liaison between program teams and State CIO / technology vendors

Support social care referral platform strategy (CIE)

Advise on EHR modernization prioritization and business requirements

Support interoperability scope (FHIR, USCDI)

Provide programmatic input to technology RFPs (as requested)

Required Skill Set:

Health IT strategy (not system implementation)

Interoperability standards (FHIR R4, USCDI)

Social care referral platforms (CIE)

Health data governance

RFP advisory

Required Experience:

8 10 years in health IT or digital health strategy

Experience working with State CIO offices or Medicaid IT programs

Familiarity with EHR ecosystems and interoperability initiative
