Vice President of IT
We are seeking a Vice President of IT to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution in alignment with the company's Value Creation Plan (VCP). This executive will oversee engineering, IT operations, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise systems, driving modernization, scalability, and operational excellence to support rapid growth and innovation.

Compensation: This role offers a base of about $250,000 plus bonus

What You'll Do:
- Define and execute a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and the Value Creation Plan.
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering, IT, data, and cybersecurity teams using modern delivery and operating practices.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including modernization of customer-facing platforms, internal workflows, and enterprise systems.
- Oversee enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable platforms.
- Manage IT financial planning, vendor relationships, and operational governance to ensure ROI, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
What Gets You the Job:
- 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles (VP IT, CIO, CTO) in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), legacy-to-cloud modernization, and enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM).
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI, CPRA), and enterprise risk management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical strategy into measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's degree and relevant certifications preferred.
